Królik w occie winnym
Składniki:
1. Do dużego garnka wlać 2 łyżki oliwy i wcisnąć 2 ząbki czosnku. Mięso posolić i ułożyć jedną warstwą w garnku. Zamieszać kilkakrotnie aby równomiernie rozprowadzić na mięsie oliwę i czosnek. Dodać 3 gałązki rozmarynu i lekko zrumienić mięso.
Należy pamiętać aby stale rozłożone było jedną warstwą w garnku.
2. Wlać ocet winny i gotować na dość dużym ogniu, aż połowa płynu wyparuje. Dodać bulion z kurczaka, zmniejszyć ogień i gotować pod częściowym przykryciem często mieszając.
3. Po około 30 min. dodać ostatni posiekany ząbek czosnku, posiekaną natkę pietruszki i gałązkę rozmarynu. Chwilkę dusić i podawać z ziemniakami tłuczonymi.
Mięso to, ponieważ gotowane jest w occie winnym, nie będzie kruche i odchodzące od kości. Będzie miało niesamowity aromat winny i intensywny smak.
